Right now is the only time zone for Expressen TV. An updated motion identity was needed to live up to their own standards, building on decades of speed and boldness. The core DNA of tabloid journalism is to always be first and always stay updated. The present has just been replaced.

Guidelines
The Expressen TV motion identity rests on two conceptual components: The Tabloid Look and The Tabloid Move — meaning Fast, Big, Urgent, and Replaceable.
Staying true to the core, we made the most of the classic Expressen color palette to highlight and organize the news feed.
When it comes to live news, it is all about prioritizing the screen space. A perfect grid is the foundation for efficient animations, the rest is knowing when to tick, when to zoom and when to crawl.
